Privacy Policy

Plain English. Last updated 13 September 2026.

Who this is

NSW Horse Arena Builders is operated by Specialty Digital Pty Ltd, an Australian company. In this policy, "we" and "us" means that company.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, your suburb, and whatever you write in the message box.

We do not ask for, and do not want, your date of birth, any government identifier, or any payment details. Never send them through this form.

Our host, Cloudflare, records standard web analytics such as page views, and we log an anonymous count of form submissions. That data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Why we collect it

So your job can be quoted and carried out. That is the only reason we ask for any of it.

Who sees your details

We share your details with the people who price and carry out your job, for that job only. From then on they hold those details themselves — note that many small businesses are not covered by the Privacy Act.

Your form submission is delivered to us through Web3Forms, an email delivery service. We do not sell your details to advertisers, mailing lists, or data brokers, and we never will.

Where it is stored

In our email inbox, and with the people handling your job. Some of the services involved store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for following up a job, and no longer than two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Getting a copy, fixing it, or deleting it

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Use the form below and we will action it within a reasonable time — usually a few days. There is no charge.

If you want it deleted, say so and we will remove it from our side. We will also tell you who else received it so you can ask them as well.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your information, tell us through the form below and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party ad network on it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.

Privacy enquiry

Ask for a copy of your details, a correction, or deletion. This goes straight to us and nowhere else.
